Over the past decade he has conducted 300+ direct user research sessions with field teams across Australia and New Zealand, using their feedback to shape every feature in the platform. Jarrod leads product vision and customer strategy at MapTrack.
MapTrack is an asset tracking and maintenance platform built for construction, mining and field service teams. Founded in 2012, the platform helps operators manage tools, plant, equipment and vehicles with QR and barcode scanning, GPS tracking, pre-start inspections, maintenance scheduling and compliance records, all accessible on mobile in the field.
